QSS also stocks a large array of coil in the below materials to give us the flexibility of producing different lengths of sheets. Aluzinc
Cold rolled galvanised steel with metal coating composed of aluminium, zinc and silicon.
Galvanised
Gal steel products are run through a continuous hot dip galvanised process.
Gal Floor Plate
Galvanised sheet product with raised lines or diamonds on one side, with the reverse side being pressed in pattern.
Zinc Sheet
Made from carbon steel with a coating of zinc and iron. This product is primarily designed to be painted.
Cold Rolled
Cold Rolled, skin passed commercial drawing steel guaranteed for moderate forming and pressing.
Hot Rolled Plate
Hot Rolled structural steel with good ductility and good weldability with a minimum yield strength of 250/350.
Hot Rolled / Mild Steel
Commonly used in the production of tray bodies, bins and trailers. Also popular for laser cutting and agriculture.
Hot Rolled Floor plate
A hot rolled steel product with raised lines or diamonds on one side, with the reverse side being a flat steel finish.
HRW350 SPA-H
A hot rolled structural product with enhanced weather resistance and minimum yield strength of 350 MPA.
Electrogal
This is a zinc coated commercial forming steel which is suitable for bending and moderate forming.
Hot rolled pickled & oiled
Pickling refers to the removal of contaminants and other unwanted elements like stains or rust.
Coloured Steel
Commonly used in the production of a wide range of products including doors, sheds, roofing, gutters, signs and ductwork.
